Return policies vary depending on where you purchased your product. Please review the options below for return information.
Purchases from a retail or online location other than DataViz
Any purchase from a retail or online location is subject to the return policies of that location. Links to some locations are provided below. If you do not see the location where you purchased the product, please visit that company’s web site for product return information.
iOS App Store
All purchases and returns for Documents To Go for iOS and Passwords Plus for iOS are handled by the App Store. To obtain a refund, submit a question/problem report to the App Store.
Google Play (formerly Android Market)
You have 15 minutes from the time of download to return an app purchased from Google Play in order to obtain a refund. To do this:
1. Launch the Google Play Store app on your device.
2. Select Menu>My Apps
3. Select the app you’d like to return. If the 15-minute window has not passed, the app is eligible for return and you will see a button that says Open and one that says Refund.
4. Tap the Refund button. The button will now say Uninstall. Press Uninstall to remove the app from your device and initiate the refund.
Note: If the 15 minute time period has expired, the Refund option will not be available. Selecting the Uninstall button at this point will simply remove the application from your device. For more on Google’s policy, click here.
Direct purchases from DataViz
Any purchase direct from DataViz comes with a 30-day money back guarantee. If you are not satisfied for any reason, you have 30 days to receive a refund. To do this, fill out a technical support request with your product name, information and reason for return and someone will get back to you within 24 hours. Please note: DataViz reserves the right to refuse excessive repeat refunds to any customer under its discretion and will not be responsible for fluctuation in currency or third-party transactional related costs.
