Docs To Go Standard Edition

  1. Go to the App Store on your device.
  2. Locate Documents To Go, then tap the cloud icon.
  3. Once it is downloaded, you can tap Open to start using it.

Docs To Go Premium Edition (Paid version)

  1. Go to the App Store on your device.
  2. Make sure you are signed in with the same account (Apple ID) used for the original purchase.
  3. Locate Documents To Go, then tap the cloud icon.
  4. Once it is downloaded, you can tap Open to start using it.

Premium Upgrade through an In-app purchase

If you used the in-app purchase option to upgrade to the Premium version of Documents To Go and you need to reinstall it, do not download “Documents To Go Premium” from the App Store or you will be charged for it. Instead, locate and reinstall the “Docs To Go Standard” app that you originally downloaded. Once you have reinstalled it, follow these steps:

  1. Open the “DocsToGo” app on the device.
  2. Choose the “More” option on the main Documents To Go screen and select “Store” (on iPad, go straight to “Store”)
  3. Scroll to the bottom of the next screen and you will see “Already Purchased? Tap to Redeem Purchases”.
  4. Tap the option for “Redeem Purchases” and enter your password when prompted.
  5. After a moment, the Premium features will be re-enabled
