If you’re seeing this screen on your Android smartphone when trying to use some features of Docs To Go, it means you don’t have the Docs To Go Premium (or Full Version) Key installed. The Key is needed to ‘unlock’ all of the features in the paid version of Docs To Go. If you’ve previously purchased the Premium Key on your current device or on a different Android device using the same Google ID, you can easily redownload the Key at no charge from the Google Play Store. Here’s how:
1. On your Android device, open the Play Store. Press the store’s ‘Menu’ button (three horizontal lines to the left of the words Google Play) and select ‘My Apps & Games’.
2. Within ‘My Apps’ there are two sections, ‘Installed’ and ‘All’. ‘Installed’ will show you a list of the apps you currently have installed on your smartphone. ‘All’ will show you all of the apps you have ever downloaded or purchased with this Google ID, even if they’re not currently installed on your smartphone. Make sure you are in the ‘All’ section and look for Docs To Go Premium Key. If you have purchased the Docs To Go Premium Key with this Google ID, it should appear in this list. If it does, tap on it.
3. Now you should see the description and screenshots of Docs To Go Premium Key. Tap the ‘Install’ button on the right to install the Key to your smartphone. After the installation is complete, you will have the Premium version of Docs To Go installed and ready to use! Note: If you see a price instead of the word ‘Install’, that means you have not purchased the Docs To Go Premium Key with the Google ID you are currently using on your smartphone. Switch to a different Google ID (Gmail address) and see if Docs To Go shows up without a price.
