The latest version of Docs To Go Desktop is 64 bit and compatible with Catalina.

Please be aware that often when you update your Mac OS or your iPhone/iPad OS you might lose the “pairing” between the two devices and you will need to “re-Pair” them. To do that you remove the paired device from both the Mac and iOS and then re-add it. Here is how to do that:
- Make sure that all of your documents are on your Mac and none are ONLY on your iPhone or iPad.
- In Docs To Go on iOS, go to Settings and tap on the Desktop that you want to remove (often there is only one) and tap Delete Desktop.
- On Docs To Go Desktop for Mac, go to the Device Menu at the top of the screen and choose Remove Device.
- Then from the same menu choose Add Device.
- You should see the name of the iOS device in the window on the Mac. Select it and then type in the 4 numbers that you see in the Desktop Tab on the iOS device. If you don’t see the 4 numbers, it could be because you have another desktop paired, so tap on Add Desktop to see the 4 numbers.
- Now re-add all of the files that you want to sync between the 2 devices.
