If you previously purchased Docs To Go Premium through an in app purchase on your Android device, you should be able to install Docs To Go Office Suite (formerly Docs To Go Free Office Suite) and they premium features should appear automatically. If they don’t, try these steps in order:

  1. Restart your phone to see if that triggers the premium features to show up.
  2. If restarting didn’t work, go to Google Play and tap on the letter in the upper right corner to get to your Google Play account.
  3. Go to Purchases and Subscriptions then to Budget & History
  4. Search for Premium Unlock, Cloud File Access or Desktop Sync. If you don’t see any of these in your purchase history then you probably don’t have the Gmail account that was used to purchase the app added to your phone. To add that account, go to the Settings app on the phone and go to Accounts. Then add the email account (most likely a Gmail account).

Once you do that, go back to the Play store and go to the letter in the upper corner and toggle to the correct account and again look for Premium Unlock, Cloud File Access or Desktop Sync. If you see it, try Docs To Go again to see if the premium features have shown up.

If they haven’t, try restarting the phone and then if necessary, uninstalling and reinstalling Docs To Go Office Suite to see the premium features.
