We are no longer syncing Passwords Plus data between devices.  We stopped doing this in February 2023 because we no longer sell or support Passwords Plus.

  1. Why didn’t I know this was happening?

    You should have received at least 2 emails from us – one in April 2022, and another in January 2023.  These emails explained what was happening and what you need to do to stop using Passwords Plus.

  2. I didn’t receive any emails about this.

    This is most likely because the email(s) went to your spam folder.  We apologize that this happened but we did everything we could to inform you. Here is the gist of what the email said.

  3. What do I do now?

    If you have Passwords Plus on a PC or Mac, you can export your data and move into another app. Here’s how. If your data is only on an iOS or Android phone or tablet, you will need help from us to do this so fill out the support form and include your the email address that is on your sync account.
