If you are using the free version of Docs To Go without any paid premium features:
- Go to the app store on your device.
- Search for Docs To Go Office Suite (previously called Docs To Go Free Edition), and tap on it.
- Once it is downloaded, you can tap Open to start using it.
If you are using Docs To Go Premium (either via an in app purchase or with the Docs To Go Premium Key):
- ¨Go to the Google Play store on your device.
- Install Docs To Go Office Suite (formerly Docs To Go Free Edition)
- If you originally purchased Docs To Go Premium as an in app purchase, that’s all you need to do. The premium features will automatically work. If they don’t, click here.
- If you purchased Docs To Go Premium Key as a separate app, then in addition to Docs To Go Office Suite, you will also need to download the Premium Key. To do that:
- Tap on the letter in the upper right corner to get to your Google Play account (it must be the same Google account (Gmail) that was used for the original purchase).
- Go to Purchases and Subscriptions then to Budget & History
- Search for Docs To Go Premium Key, then tap on it. Once it is downloaded, you can tap Open to start using it (if you don’t have Docs To Go Office Suite already installed, you will be prompted to install that as well since you need both).
