Installing Passwords Plus on a second device

If you want to install Passwords Plus on a second device, here’s what you need to do:

Windows or Mac

If the second device is a Windows or Mac computer, first download the app onto that computer from here.

Next, install Passwords Plus and enter in the SAME Master password as you are using on your first device. Then log into your Sync account using your sync settings (email address and Sync ID) that you are using on the first device. The sync setting can be found in Passwords Plus under Settings and then Sync settings. To turn the trial into a full working copy:

For Windows: you can use the serial number from when you purchased your first Windows device. If your first device was NOT Windows, you will have to purchase a license from inside the app by clicking “Buy or Activate”.

For Mac: If you already purchased a Mac license through the Mac App store, the trial should automatically turn into a full working copy. You need to be logged into the Mac App store with the same Apple ID as when you first purchased the Mac app. Note: Mac purchases are separate from iOS purchases so you need to purchase once for Mac and once for iOS if you want to use Passwords Plus on both.

iOS or Android

Install Passwords Plus trial from the App store for iOS or Google Play for Passwords Plus.

Log in with the same sync settings you have been using (which can be found in Sync Settings on your first device). Enter in the same Master Password.
