Your Master Password is known by no one except for you.  So if you forgot it, unfortunately you cannot retrieve any of the information you have entered into the app.  In order to start using Passwords Plus again, you will need to start again from scratch.  You will need to set up a new Master Password and either a new Sync Account (with a new email address) or you can email us and we can reset your old account.  To do this, let your old account “self destruct” (enter in the wrong password 5 or more times, depending on what your settings were set to) and then start again. Or you can uninstall and reinstall the app.
