Whether you are setting up a new device or your device was suddenly reverted to trial mode, you can verify your purchase by entering in your Serial Number. Click on the buy/redeem purchase text near the bottom of your screen, click enter Serial Number, enter your Serial Number. If entered correctly you should see the trial version removed and you are now using the Premium version. If you entered the code correctly, but you are still not able to verify your purchase, you may need to update your application to the newest version of passwords plus. Click here to go to the download screen. If your serial number has exceeded the number of uses, you will need to contact technical support. The link can be found at the bottom of the page.

IOS

It is important to note that your purchase of Passwords Plus Premium is not tracked through your Passwords Plus account. Your purchase is tracked and verified through the Apple App Store. To verify your account through the Apple App store, first, make sure that you are signed into the App Store with the same Apple Account that you originally Purchased Passwords Plus with. Once you have verified that it is the same account that is signed into the Apple app store, open Passwords Plus, then tap on upgrade options in the top right corner. You should now be in Passwords Plus’s in-app store, and the Redeem Purchase button should now be visible. Tap on that button and you may be prompted to sign into your Apple account. After you do this your purchase should be verified.

Mac

It is important to note that your purchase of Passwords Plus Premium is not tracked through your Passwords Plus account. Your purchase is tracked and verified through the Mac App Store. To verify your account through the Mac App Store, first, make sure that you are signed into the Mac App Store with the same Apple Account that you originally Purchased Passwords Plus with. Once you have verified that it is the same account that is signed into the Mac App Store, open Passwords Plus, then tap on buy now. You should now be in Passwords Plus’s in-app store, and the Already Purchased button should now be visible. Tap on that button and you may be prompted to sign into your Apple account. After you do this your purchase should be verified. If you are having trouble verifying your purchase, restart your device to force the in-app purchase verification process.

Android

It is important to note that your purchase of Passwords Plus Premium is not tracked through your Passwords Plus account. Your purchase is tracked and verified through Google Play. To verify your account through the Google Play Store, first, make sure that you are signed into the Google Play Store with the same Google Account that you originally Purchased Passwords Plus with. In the Google Play Store, you can have multiple accounts signed in at the same time, however, only one account can have its purchases active at one time. To make sure that you have the right Google Account verifying purchases in the Google Play Store follow these steps.

  1. Open the Google Play Store
  2. Tap on the three horizontal bars to the left of the search bar
  3. You should now see the active Google account.
  4. To change the active google account tap on the drop-down arrow next to the email for your account.

Once you have verified that it is the same account that is signed into the Google Play Store, open Passwords Plus, and your Purchase should have gone through. If it has not, restart your device to force the in-app purchase check on your device. After you do this, open the Google Play Store and make sure you are signed into the right account, then open Passwords Plus. At this point, your purchase should have been verified and you should no longer be in trial mode.
