iOS Device Software Requirements
- iPhone, iPad or iPod touch with:
- iOS Software 9.0 or above
- Documents To Go requires 50MB+ of free device memory to install.
- Additional space required for your documents/files.
- Synchronization requires the iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to be Wi-Fi enabled
Desktop* Software Requirements
- Windows XP or higher including Windows 11
- Bonjour for Windows (typically installed with iTunes, but can be installed separately if needed).
- Mac OS X 10.4.10 and above
- Desktop synchronization requires a Wi-Fi connection, the router must support ‘multicasting’, and your iOS device and computer must be on the same network.
*The Documents To Go Desktop application works with Docs To Go Premium or via the ‘Desktop Sync’ in-app purchase option in Docs To Go Office Suite. Premium is no longer for sale as of March 2022.
